Refund and Exchange Policy
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For example, if an item is delivered on January 1st, it can be returned until January 8th.
Refund requests will only be processed if the item is damaged due to “our fault” or during delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer needed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused with same quantity
- In its original packaging, with seals and tags attached
- Accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
All returned items will go through a quality check to ensure they are in their original condition. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
